Recipes Replacement parts Instructions for use

The new culinary dimension

Heat fond, wine or water in the Genovis pot. Place fish, poultry or meat, along with herbs and seasonings, in the multi-cook inset, then cover and steam.

Gourmet cooking: Aroma stewing

After browning the meat, simply place herbs, fruit, or other aromatic ingredients in the multi-cook inset. Then add wine or another liquid, cover and stew. The aroma cycle passes the flavor of the herbs on to the roast.

Wellness-oriented cooking

Vitamin-saving steaming, e.g. of fresh vegetables, in the multi-cook inset.

Innovative cooking with the multi-cook inset:

For spatter protection, to keep the stove clean when frying.

For heating up foods or keeping them warm.

Combi-cooking, by cooking different foods in the pot and the multi-cook inset at the same time.

CookStar all-stove base

The Fissler CookStar all-stove base is suited for use on all kinds of stoves, even for induction cooking. The base’s long heat storage ability saves energy during cooking, as the source of energy can be reduced early, and even turned off before the end of the cooking period.

The perfect stability of the base, provided by the integrated expansion joints on the bottom – seen as a star on the bottom – guarantee that the pot will rest evenly on any stove.

Energy-saving full-view cooking

The beautifully shaped concave domed lid ensures active circulation of liquids. This is what makes the aroma cycle possible.

Non-slip stainless steel and plastic handles

The handles can be firmly held during cooking. They do not get hot when used on the stovetop.

A complete line

In addition to its pots, the Genovis line also includes a pan, serving pans, a wok, a Tri Pasti pot, and kitchen accessories.
