Recipes Replacement parts Instructions for use

Fast and gentle cooking

No trend is stronger today than conscious and healthy nutrition. This new wellness-oriented cooking is ideal for everyone who wants to stay active and fit. Cooking in steam after the

oxygen in the air has been expelled, as well as the shorter cooking periods, ensures that all foods are cooked especially gently. This means that vital vitamins and minerals, as well as nutrients and aromas, are conserved to the greatest extent possible.

Choose between gentle and speed settings

Every Fissler pressure cooker has a gentle setting (about 109° C) for delicate foods such as fine vegetables and a speed setting (about 116° C) for soups, meat or stews. If the temperature in the cooker increases too much, the automatic steam release function permits steam to escape and thus limits the temperature.

Save time and energy!

You will be saving up to 70% of the time and 50% of the energy you would normally need. A stew will take only 15 minutes instead of 50. And your roast will be tender and juicy in only 30 minutes.

Simply safe!

With the fully perfected Fissler Euromatic, every Fissler pressure cooker offers a high degree of safety. The integrated residual pressure block only permits the cooker to be opened when the pressure has been released completely.

Easy cleaning

All Fissler pressure cookers are easy to clean.

Magic comfort basic:

The right timing

All it takes is a quick glance, because the Infobox is integrated in the lid handle. It contains two cooking cards with the most important cooking times. They can be written on and washed off again.
